ok. we got a new member. kira will be played by emma. and i heard a hanataro wants to join us? ahah! our group's expanding! X)
everyone know that we have online meetings rite, so our meeting days will be every SATURDAY at 8 OR 8.30 PM. cos everyone seems to be free by then. but in any case when everyone's coincidentally online, we'll just have one there and then. just like the previous one. X) haiz.. i missed the previous one. heard soifon and urahara got really high. soIfon. NOT soYfon.. soya bean MILK. NOT soya bean BEES. X)
and from your previous online convo, we will be meeting in person. most probably some where in MAY. 1ST or the 17TH. we'll be having lunch and know each other. just talking. we wont be learning the dance yet. the next in-person meeting would be after the o levels, 13TH NOV ONWARDS. by then everyone should be free and we will definitely be meeting more than once during that period until the cosplay day. X)
ok. here are some cosplay tips:
1) poses poses poses. try to get different ones. maybe 2 or 3. you wont want to keep posing with the same one all the time rite.. and work on the correct facial expression for the different poses. eg: nemu gotta look quiet and shy. byakuya gotta have a im-better-than-you face and not look like youre gonna kill someone (does he have this kind of expression?). (yes yes. im using both of you cos i dunno how to explain the rest. X)
2) for costumes, you guys will know what to draw. how much youre gonna pay the tailor for the costume depends on what kind of cloth material you buy. some easy to sew and some hard to sew. choose light and comfortable cloth for your sake. i wore fake leather last year cos my cousin oh so smartly bought it, cos it looked nice. it was hot. very hot.
3) for equipment and accessories , you guys gonna make them? the swords and arm bands.. you can make them bit by bit everyday when youre free. dont have to be the exact same sword design but just try your best. or if you really got no time at all you can borrow or rent or buy. X) oh! and make sure they dont break! X)
4) wigs wigs wigs. everyone's gonna wear wigs (except for those who dont). your not going to spoil your hair by colouring it just for that day. bad for hair. bad. you guys, can go to a hairdresser to put on your wigs and for styling. bring a picture of your character for reference. theyre gonna use losta losta hair pins X)
and you guys gotta update yourself from this blog so you know whats happening. ahah! thats it for now. X)
